Absolutely not. There are no recurring monthly fees. At MycoLinkLabs, we lease incubator space per complete cultivation cycle, from initial sterile biological preparation and substrate sterilization up to the final harvest and gourmet chocolate formulation. You pay a single rate per slot for the entire duration of the cycle: $350 for a single slot, with tiered discounts down to $270 per slot for bulk leases. You will never be billed extra if the cycle takes slightly longer to reach maturity.

• Duo Pack: 2 Spaces for $640 total per complete cycle ($320/space, saves $60).

The price is 100% all-inclusive. There are zero hidden fees. Your cycle lease covers:
• A dedicated sterile slot inside our flagship BIOBASE BJPX-MN / BJPX-MP (Mould Incubator) managed inside our positive-pressure US cleanroom facility.
• Your standard research strain biological inoculant.
• Pure distilled water supply and automated/manual misting care.
• Thermal heating, HEPA H14 ventilation, and continuous microclimate telemetry.
• Professional daily care and monitoring by our team of certified laboratory technicians.
Biosafety and contamination prevention are our highest priorities. Our United States laboratory utilizes class-10,000 positive-pressure cleanrooms. Air is filtered continuously through industrial HEPA H14 particulate filters (removing 99.97% of microscopic spores). Furthermore, each chamber slot is biologically isolated, and all manual handling is performed by trained technicians under sterile laminar flow hoods with UV-C sanitization cycles between tasks, ensuring a 99.9% contamination-free research cycle.
Once colonization is complete and fruiting is successful, our technicians harvest and process your yield under clinical sterile conditions. The final yield is professionally formulated into premium gourmet chocolate.
